Notice of Meeting The State Board of Elections will hold an in-person meeting at the State Board of Elections offices, located at the third floor of the Dobbs Building, 430 N. Salisbury St., Raleigh, NC 27603, beginning at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, February 4, 2026.Any member of the public may observe the meeting online and by phone using the information below.
Members of the public may comment on the State Board’s initial determination that 38 existing rules are necessary through Oct. 17, 2025.
The comment period ends on May 16, 2025.
