The State Board of Elections will hold an in-person meeting at the State Board of Elections offices, located on the third floor of the Dobbs Building, 430 N. Salisbury St., Raleigh, NC 27603, beginning at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.
Investigators at the State Board of Elections are looking into allegations of misconduct by individuals conducting voter registration drives, including that they are impersonating state or county election officials.
The State Board of Elections is sending letters to more than 241,000 North Carolina voters who provided identification numbers when they registered to vote that did not validate against other government databases.
The regular voter registration deadline for the March 3 primary is Friday, February 6. Eligible individuals may still register and vote during the early voting period at any early voting site in their county.
