Across North Carolina, in-person early voting for the 2024 primary election begins Thursday, Feb. 15, and runs through Saturday, March 2.
The campaign is designed to reach every corner of North Carolina, including rural and urban areas, in as many ways as possible.
County boards of elections begin sending absentee ballots to voters who requested them on Friday.
Voters who have already requested absentee-by-mail ballots should receive them in the coming days.
Any registered and eligible North Carolina voter may now request an absentee ballot for the 2024 primary election online.
The State Board of Elections has approved 21 additional student and government ID cards for voting in North Carolina’s 2024 elections.
The deadline to apply to have your student and employee photo IDs approved for voting purposes in 2024 elections is Dec. 15.
