Karen Brinson Bell, executive director of the State Board of Elections, will hold a virtual press availability at 3 p.m. today, Thursday, Oct. 10, to remind voters of the upcoming voter registration deadline and the start of early voting next week, as well as give updates on election officials' response to Hurricane Helene.
Brinson Bell will give brief remarks, then answer questions from members of the press.
