Special filing period for Superior Court Judge

The State Board of Elections today designated a special filing for the office of Superior Court Judge in District 3B, beginning at noon on Monday, April 4th and ending at noon on Friday, April 8.  The filing period follows the resignation this week of Superior Court Judge Kenneth F. Crow.

RALEIGH, N.C. – The State Board of Elections today designated a special filing for the office of Superior Court Judge in District 3B, beginning at noon on Monday, April 4th and ending at noon on Friday, April 8.  The filing period follows the resignation this week of Superior Court Judge Kenneth F. Crow.

Interested candidates may file at the State Board of Elections office at 441 North Harrington Street in Raleigh. The filing fee for this office is $1,269. If required, a primary will be held on June 7 to coincide with the primary for U.S. House of Representatives.


 

The North Carolina State Board of Elections is the state agency charged with overall responsibility for administration of the elections process and campaign finance disclosure in North Carolina.
