Election Officials To Host Virtual Press Availability on Launch of Registration Repair Project

Sam Hayes, executive director of the State Board of Elections, will hold a virtual press availability at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 17, 2025, to launch the agency’s efforts to retrieve identification information from some registered voters as required by law.

Hayes will give brief remarks, then answer questions from members of the press.

This event is for members of the press only. It will be conducted via WebEx webinar, and registration is required.
