Absentee Ballot Request Form Deadline | October 2021 Municipal Elections

5 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2021, is the deadline for civilians to submit an absentee ballot request form for the October municipal elections on the following Tuesday. Requests received after the deadline will not be processed.

The State Board encourages voters to request their absentee ballot as early as possible to ensure enough time to complete and return the ballot. 5 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2021, is Election Day and the absentee ballot return deadline for October municipal elections.
