Voter Registration Drive Supplies Request Form

Overview

When conducting voter registration drives, please note the Certain Acts Declared Misdemeanors Statute N.C.G.S. § 163-274(a). Persons who conduct voter registration drives must bear in mind that all voter registrations must be signed by the voter who is registering. Unsigned registrations will not be processed.

If you need less than 100 voter registration applications, please make your request by contacting your local board of elections. To request more than 100 voter registration applications, enter your details and the number of forms needed in the request form below. Please request only a reasonable number that you believe you will actually need. Also, keep in mind:

  • If you do not need a particular form, please leave “none” selected.
  • Forms are packaged in quantities of 100. If you need 250 forms, round the amount up or down to 200 or 300 forms.
  • If you would like to order more than 5,000 forms, you should first request permission from the NC State Board of Elections. Send your request to nvra@ncsbe.gov.
