The forms below should not be used for voter registration drives. Instead, download the Voter Registration Drive Supplies Request Form if you plan to conduct a voter registration drive.

To register to vote or update your current voter registration:

1. COMPLETE a voter registration form. (NC English Form) 2. PRINT the form. 3. SIGN the form (ink to paper). Electronic signatures are not acceptable. 4. MAIL the form to your county board of elections.

The national form also contains voter registration rules and regulations for each state and territory
